# Fee Structure

**Protocol Fee**\
A fee charged by the protocol for facilitating the intent fulfillment process. This may include:

* **Re-balance Cost**: Covers the cost of maintaining liquidity across chains.
* **Gas Fee**: Covers the on-chain transaction costs.

**Solver Fee**\
A fee set by the solver for executing the intent, reflecting their operational costs and desired profit margin.

**Referral & Affiliate Fees**

* **Referral**: A portion of the protocol fee may be shared with integrators or partners who refer users to Pluton.
* **Affiliate**: Additional incentives for ecosystem partners.
